Why is it that PMS can affect everything in your life? Ugh. I know it's something we must go through as women but geez..You know I was reading this article in a magazine that talked about different kinds of things you can do to eliminate cramping, bloating, ugh need I say more???
Okay there was a girl that talked about how she had serve pain and nothing really helped her. It sound like what I went through as a little girl.
Were all adults yes I began a period when I was 8 years old and I had horrible cramping. I didn't even know what a dag on period was...any way let me get straight to the point because I can often be long winded and go on and on about other things before I really get to the topic sort of like now!!!! (Ha!!! I know me to well)
Okay any way there is this cream that is suppose to really work for cramping called: Comforté cream. I'm going to grab me some if you get some before I do or if you have tried it let me know....
